Megan Bowen teamed up with the Founder of Refine Labs in 2020 to change the way B2B companies go-to-market. Today, Megan is the CEO of Refine Labs, a B2B Demand Generation Agency.

Megan has spent the past 20 years building and scaling 
go-to-market teams across B2B industries including an IPO and acquisition. Megan’s leadership philosophy is rooted in the principles and values that she has developed over her career as an individual contributor, people manager, and executive leader.

Megan knows that individuals don’t build great companies, teams do. She believes her role as a leader is to create the conditions for people to do the best work of their lives, and that without customers, you don’t have a business. Megan is hyper-focused on creating the conditions necessary for long-term relationships and meaningful results.

Megan left her native Los Angeles in 2003 and has spent the last two decades building her career and her life in New York. She’s an advocate for healthy work/life balance and works hard to play hard. When she’s not focusing on Refine Labs, Megan enjoys the Long Island coast with her husband and Cocker Spaniel. She enjoys boating, traveling, cooking, reading and is a certified SCUBA diver.
