Project Summary

New customer acquisition is a critical component of Vapotherm’s capital/consumable revenue model. Along with important revenue efficiency improvements, our formula delivered sales opportunities at 242 net new accounts, leading to 76 new accounts acquired each with customer lifetime value (CLV) ranging from $50k to $2MM. The company executed a successful IPO (NSYE: VAPO) in Fall 2018.
